What if I don’t like the templates?

That’s OK, just let me know. Using Mailchimp’s builder, I’ll redesign a template that fits your style.

Is there an additional fee for the template redesign?

Nope! It’s included in your plan.

Can I use the template to send my own emails?

Yes! The template is yours to keep and will be loaded into your Mailchimp account where you can edit or reuse it for additional outreach whenever you want.

Does my Real Estate Mail plan include a Mailchimp account?

Your Real Estate Mail plan uses your existing Mailchimp account. The two fees are paid separately.

What if I don’t have a Mailchimp account?

No problem. You can set up an account easily here. If you need help, let me know, I can help you get started.

What if I want two or more newsletters every month?

That’s perfectly fine. Ask me for a multi-project discounted quote.

Can my newsletter include my blog posts?

Yes! It’s your newsletter, so your content should absolutely be a part of it.

Can I include articles that I find throughout the month?

Of course! Feel free to send me anything you want to feature. If I think it will work against your goals I might gently point it out, but it’s your name stamped on the header, not mine: what goes into it is totally your call.

Who curates the content and writes the blurbs?

I handle your whole project from start to finish.

Let’s address the elephant in the room: why is Real Estate Mail so much more expensive than the other guys?

A lot of online businesses use AI or pay pennies on the dollar for freelancers from underdeveloped countries to write articles they sell to you and your peers in bulk. So while you might only be paying $15 a month for your current newsletter service, that exact same newsletter is being sold to hundreds—or even thousands—of other agents. That’s why you can scroll Twitter on any given day and see dozens of agents promoting the exact same newsletter with the exact same content as you.

Real Estate Mail is different in that it’s geared specifically to you and your market base. When I select your articles, I do it with your preferred client in mind. So if your niche is real estate divorce, I’ll hand-pick topics that will resonant with your divorcing clients by meeting them at the mindset they’re in during this key phase of their lives.

It’s that attention to detail that will make you stand out from your competition, elevate your status in the community, and, ultimately, get you closer to a commission.

That makes a lot of sense, but why is the 8-section newsletter so expensive?

How many times have you been so overwhelmed by a densely-packed document that you just passed it by? Probably several times a day, right? Well, your readers are doing that too. In order to make an 8-section newsletter work in a world with an 8-second attention span, a lot of effort needs to go into the material. Unless you do it right, more content will not make a better newsletter.

Do you ever offer discounts?

Sometimes. In fact, the quarterly and annual plans are discounted. I also offer multi-project discounts, so if you’re planning a press release or have any other copywriting needs, we can talk.

Can I start with the monthly plan and move up to a quarterly or annual plan later?

Yes! In fact, I recommend it. A trial period is a great way to make sure Real Estate Mail will meet your needs. Once you’re sure it works for you, you can move up to a discounted quarterly or annual plan at any time.

OK, I’m ready to do this. What happens when I reserve my delivery dates?

You’ll be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your reservation. We’ll schedule a brief discussion about your project, a chat that typically takes 15 minutes or less and covers basic information about you, more detailed information about your niche and target demographic, and clarifies what goals you’d like your newsletter to help you achieve.
